With a fifth-generation energy sharing network, the development combines reduced-carbon emissions with the highest standards of living and working. The Carbon Trust, which helps businesses to reduce carbon emissions and move towards net zero, gave the “ultimate seal of approval” by relocating its global HQ to the sustainable workspace, Arbor. Meanwhile, Opus, due to complete in 2027, will offer its residents incredible views across the city, whilst being part of the energy sharing network of Bankside Yards. As a result, the all-electric tower will provide running efficiencies and cost savings to residents. What’s more, Opus will include over four floors of lifestyle amenities within the 50-storey building including a Padel court, a podcast studio and a sauna and a hydrotherapy pool to name but a few.
In Marylebone, meanwhile, the soon to be completed 100 George Street W1 was Knight Frank’s fastest selling development of 2024. What’s attracting buyers interest? The combination of Georgian-style architecture with a forward-thinking attitude to its environmental impact, including with an all-electric energy system, biodiverse roofs and 17,000 sq ft of planting.
