Opus will be part of London’s newest developments leaning into wellness and green living, complete with River Thames views

The newest luxury homes in London leading the way in the market are offering “sleek, eco-conscious design paired with fitness and wellbeing amenities” according to Mansion Global, alongside the exceptional views of the River Thames.

From access to private dining areas and co-working space, to exclusive amenities including a bouldering wall, spa, treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy pool and current pool, gym, a padel court and golf simulator, Opus will have abundance of facilities to offer its residents. What’s more, residents will be able to access the lounge and terrace on the 23rd floor of the building, known as The Summit Club & Deck, which offers views to London’s skyline, including St Paul’s Cathedral.

Opus will be part of Bankside Yards, a hyper-mixed fossil fuel-free development that includes a five-star Mandarin Oriental hotel, alongside nearby retail and cultural offerings. It’s location at the end of Blackfriars Bridge means London’s most sought-after galleries and theatres are just a short walk away, including Tate Modern and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.

Not only will Opus offer a plethora of amenities for the luxury apartments, which range from studios to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, it has also been developed to significantly reduce energy consumption for residents. All the buildings in Bankside Yards’ network are part of a “pioneering heating and cooling network that balances energy between all eight buildings”. All landlord-sourced power is from renewable sources, and Bankside Yards is the only energy sharing network being developed in the UK currently.
