Next generation living has arrived on the South Bank

Native Land is proud to introduce Opus, a 50-storey building, rising 170 metres high above London’s River Thames, offering meticulously crafted residences and uninterrupted views of the capital.

A new landmark for sustainable luxury living, Opus will comprise 249 future-proofed apartments ranging from studios to four bedrooms, alongside outstanding facilities including a padel court, bouldering wall, hydrotherapy pool and current pool, podcast and art studios and co-working space.

It will be the second building to complete following the multi-award-winning, ESG-focused workspace, Arbor, and will soon be joined by six further buildings including a 5* 171-key Mandarin Oriental Bankside hotel.

Designed by world-renowned studio PLP Architecture, Opus includes 75% more corner apartments than the average building. The unique configuration ensures that most apartments can enjoy glass-to-glass, dual-aspect views of St Paul’s Cathedral, the City of London, the West End and beyond.

Native Land’s pioneering Bankside Yards development is set to complete the cultural walkway between Royal Festival Hall and Tate Modern, creating 3.3 acres of new ‘greened’ public realm. The 14 arches will be reimagined into 50,000 sq.ft of shops, bars, restaurants and leisure spaces, which will be on the doorstep to Opus residents. Located in London’s ‘zone 1’, Bankside Yards enjoys easy access to six London Underground stations, four National Rail stations, two Riverboat Piers and the London bus network.
