“Native Land has pushed the button on one of the most significant resi development launches of 2025” Prime Resi shares, as sales officially open for Opus, Bankside Yards.
Set to become the tallest residential structure in Prime Central London, once complete it will stand at 170 metres tall, offering exceptional views of London’s skyline, 249 luxury apartments and a range of premium amenities including a padel court, bouldering wall, hydrotherapy pool, podcasting studio and co-working space.
Native Land’s Chief Executive, Alasdair Nicholls, shared how there was “little or no competing new-build product available in Prime Central London” in the current market. He added: “As one of London’s most significant new developments, Bankside Yards is meeting a growing demand for the highest standards of sustainability while providing unrivalled amenities and access to the world-class cultural offer of the South Bank.”
Designed by PLP Architecture, ODA and Enea, the unique design means Opus will include 75% more corner apartments than the average building, with dual-aspect views of St Paul’s Cathedral, the City of London, the West End and beyond. A new landmark for sustainable luxury living, Opus will run on a fifth-generation energy-sharing network, the first of its scale in the UK.
