Native Land celebrates the arrival of Year of the Horse and Chinese New Year at Opus, Bankside Yards
To mark the arrival of the Year of the Horse, Native Land were proud to host an exclusive Chinese New Year celebration at Opus, welcoming over 75 guests from London’s real estate, finance, architecture, design and culture sectors.
The evening offered a chance to celebrate, where guests enjoyed live Chinese music, a traditional lion dance performance, and immersive cultural experiences including bespoke calligraphy bookmarks inscribed onsite by a professional calligrapher with personalised New Year wishes.
Alasdair Nicholls, Native Land CEO, shared his thoughts:

During the evening, guests had the opportunity to explore Opus. Once complete, the iconic 50-storey riverside residential masterpiece will provide unprecedented views of the nearby Tate Modern, the River Thames and St. Paul’s Cathedral, as well as four floors of next-generation lifestyle and wellness amenities. The 249 future-proofed apartments, designed by PLP Architecture and ODA, range in size from studios to four bedrooms, alongside exclusive penthouses. With £120 million in residential pre-sales secured, by both local and international buyers, Opus sets a new benchmark in luxury urban living.
