‘It’s a new piece of the city that we are creating’
Developed by Native Land and masterplanned by PLP Architecture, Bankside Yards is set to become a vibrant cultural hub and the UK’s first major fossil-fuel-free, mixed-use development. Located on London’s South Bank, this 1.4 million-square-foot project launched its 19-storey office building, Arbor, in 2023, with the luxury residential tower, Opus, to follow in early 2025.

In what ways will Opus bring a new level of luxury living to the South Bank?

“One of the most exciting regeneration schemes to hit the UK in years, we see this as an opportunity to transform this disconnected area of London,” Nicholas Gray shared.
Native Land is breaking new ground with Bankside Yards, focusing on advanced sustainability and wellbeing offerings, reflecting what tenants and residents are looking for, and redefining the meaning of ‘prime’ for offices and high-end homes alike.
Bankside Yards will create a fifth-generation energy-saving network, the first of its kind in the UK:
‘Arbor — an ESG-focused workspace building, and Opus — a prime residential building, will enjoy the benefits of the energy-sharing network from the outset, and the benefits will be enhanced as each new building is completed and added to the network.’
