Merlin Entertainments have leased additional space in the multi-award-winning workspace
Merlin Entertainments, who moved into the building January 2024, will now occupy 18,500 sq ft across the 16th and 17th floors. Setting a benchmark for the South Bank Market, Arbor is one of the few newly completed ESG-focused prime office buildings that is over 75% let.
Not only is Arbor transforming the market for prime offices in Bankside and Southwark, the 100% electric workspace is attracting a diverse mix of industry-leading companies to the South Bank.
