A new generation of buyers are looking for their apartment building’s amenities to include podcasting and recording studios, as slick and convenient production becomes a priority for content creators and TikTok stars, according to The Financial Times.
Thankfully, Native Land are leading the way in the UK as a developer catering to this need as Opus, Bankside Yards, has been designed to resonate with the “experiential generation”. Nicholas Gray, Executive Director at Native Land shared with The Financial Times how the design focused on ‘nurturing creative pursuits and self-expression’. Whether through a soundproof podcasting studio – ideal for recording – or the art studio, there’s plenty of space to ‘foster both personal and professional development’, he adds.
Designed by PLP Architecture, once complete, the 50-storey luxury residential building will include 249 apartments and penthouses with exceptional views across London, in a sought-after South Bank location.
