A key feature of the design, an interlocking three-tower façade provides ‘a rather ingenious architectural decision’ which in turn creates 75% more corner apartments than the average building. The result means the majority of the residences inside Opus will include dual-aspect views across London.
Opus will contain four floors of amenities including co-working spaces, a podcasting and art studios, a screening room, and a music room, plus a luxurious members’ club-style space on the 23rd floor. Within the adjacent railway arches you can find wellbeing and fitness facilities including a bouldering wall, padel court, golf simulator, and gym, not to mention two pools, a yoga and Pilates studio, and a spa with treatment rooms and a sauna.
Situated within the Bankside Yards development, a 5.5-acre neighbourhood which will provide a collection of shops, bars and restaurants, set within a refurbished Victorian rail viaduct which has been closed to the public for 150 years until now.
