Artist in residence
The first artist to exhibit is Peter Medlicott aka Sola is a British light artist whose light painting work is created in camera using a range of LED lights to make temporary light forms directly onto the image with no tricks or special effects: what you see is what he shoots. In this series of images titled Soul of the City, Sola’s signature light forms weave through iconic spaces and landmarks echoing the energy, movement and flow of the very people who each and every day breathe life into Bankside perspectives.
